Post the measurements and the problem will be discovered.
Possibly you have worn parts.

Back in the day we use to set them up to pull slightly to the left to counteract road crown. No complaints. Tell the shop that you are going to another shop and get it fixed. Then you will bring it back to them to show them it is fixed and when they are satisfied they can pay the bill. It worked for me.

OH Great, now you've ruined my day, Now I have to take mine in & get it set to pull to the right, as right now it doesn't pull in either direction.

About tires and the like. A van we had (happened to be a Dodge) needed tires. I'd never run the spare and managed to find a new one like it. Those two made the rears. Then I called around and bought two "takeoffs" for the front. TO's are supposed to be new tires removed from a new vehicle to satisfy an owner preference for something else.
Well, these rode like they were made of squares of hard rubber. Finally had the takeoffs taken off. The store manager was always good to me, but I wish he'd said what he told me at this point...First! Said that in commercial truck tires, the takeoffs usually came off to satisfy not so much a preference as a complaint.
The two rear tires? Well, they were enough "years old" that I got only about half the wear out of that set than I'd had with the same kind factory fresh. At least they didn't blow.
I don't look for the cheapest tire deals anymore.

I took our '02 E-350, '03 24' Itasca to a truck tire shop for an alinement. They did a poor job, the blamed something else. I then took it to a Ford truck dealer's shop. They did a great job. That's the only place I would now go.

Some great responses here, but factually speaking, all vehicles are set up from the factory to pull slightly to the LEFT. The reason for this is to comply with the crown in the highway. It is usually accomplished by adjusting caster +.05 on the right side, which causes the vehicle to steer slightly to the left. This is negated by the crown in the highway and the vehicle tracks straight ahead.
Anyone doing a front end alignment in an aftermarket situation should know to always set right side caster .05 more than left.
If your vehicle is pulling to the right, the aligner set both casters equal and did not take into account the crown in the highway. Have the right side caster increased a hair and you will track straight ahead.

Does this RV lean one way or the other? I'm inclined to agree with the majority who saw you're being BS'ed, but I don't think this has been addressed by previous posts. If it's heavier is on one side than the other, this might contribute to the issue. If the water tank is on one side or the other, was it aligned with whatever amount of water you normally carry?

Our roads have a high crown and our RV is set up for that.. However when we are on flat roads it will pull left. If set up for flat roads on our high crown roads it would pull right. There is no way to set one up so its always right on all roads. Most are set up by the area and roads they are on. When we were in Fla ours was set up for flat roads but when we came here it had a hard right pull because of the high crowns. If yous pulls right its because its set for flat roads and you are driving high crown roads. Most guys that spend most of their time on the freeway will not notice it as much as us back road travelers.
If you are driving flat roads and it pulls right it needs to be realigned.

It just amazes me all the excuses the so called "experts" come up with when they do not have a clue as to the cause and remedy. When in doubt, my dad taught me to always say "I do not know, but I will try to find the answer". There is no shame in not knowing the answer to every question or problem. I am very mechanically inclined and good at solving problems due to may mechanical engineering background. However, I would be the first to say that I know a little about a lot things, but I don't know a lot about anything. People who are good at giving BS usually do not last long in any profession.
In answer to your question, a good alignment person should be able to solve your steering problem. You may have unknowingly damaged some part of the steering system. Your MH should not pull to the right or left unless the road has a crown, there is a high cross wind, if a front brake caliper is sticking, if you are severely loaded improperly side to side, unevenly inflated front tires or if you have a defective tire such as a belt that is not perpendicular to the axis of a belted radial tire. Tires can cause many handling problems that are difficult to detect.
