I wanted to share some POSITIVE experience that I have had with Camping World of Rochester.

I bought my TT from then at the 2010 Hershey show. They needed to order it (we actually bought 2 at the same time) and they had it delivered close to my home. They went out of their way to make us happy during the purchase and treated us very fairly. Put us in contact with the Manufacturer during the show which was an extra nice touch. Everyone from the sales force to the finance guys were great to work with. They brought the trailer closer to me so that it would be easier to pick up.

The sales part is the easy part, right? --- Now the proof in the pudding is the SERVICE! -- After only 4 months of ownership, my trailer began to delaminate on the front end cap. CW of Rochester (Service manager Matt) helped me through the whole thing. They went out of their way to make it convienient for me to get the trailer to them and back to me, and fixed the whole thing. Service came out good.

Now, I cannot say that I am completeley satisfied with the PRODUCT itself (this is not CW's Fault), and plan on trading it back to CW of Rochester as soon as I find a model I like better. I am certainly hopeful that they treat me fair when trading it in on another model that was not defective from the start. I trust they will be... This will be the ULTIMATE proof that this is a great dealer...

Opinion so far is, if you want a dealer that you can trust and treats you fair, I highly recommend this one. I feel like I can trust them.

I'm glad to hear things worked out well for you with them? My experiences there have been less than desirable from a service standpoint.

mikelpnj-

Thank you for your kind words. Our dealership in Churchville has been working very hard to make improvements and satisfy customers in their service department. We appreciate the opportunity you have given us and appreciate your business. Thank you.
