Do the units that CW is selling have the New updates installed? Also if one were to purchase RM from CW what is the return policy if it fails? Don't want to be in the midst of a 4 month trip and have to deal with the maker should problems arise.

The units come up to date with the software. Right now they are offering free lifetime updates with the purchase of a 7710. The manufacture has a 1 year warranty on the unit. If you should have any problems on the road you could stop in any Camping World to handle the warranty. Options are available to extend your warranty at the time of purchase. Hope this helps.
