I use the Extang Fulltilt. Great cover for the way I use it.

Over the years, I've had a soft tonneau, a BakFlip, and now an Undercover. The Undercover wins my little competition hands down. I liked the concept of the BakFlip, but the drain system was rediculous, and not needed because it leaked so badly anyway. The soft tonneau was handy because it just rolled out of the way, but wasn't great for security. The Undercover seals well, is secure, and fits well. The only caveat is that you have to plan ahead and remove it if you have any oversize items to haul. It's a little heavy (read also well constructed)and awkward to remove for runts like me and the wife.

I have a Truxedo soft rolling type. I like the flexibility to get it out of the way within minutes but, of course, there is a definite limit to the security it offers. For me it's fine.... 99% of the time (when I'm not camping) it just has my work stuff in it which is nothing high-tech or expensive.... maybe $500 worth of stuff. When camping there's really nothing that expensive either.
In 10 years or so of rolling around with a soft cover on various trucks I've never had a problem. Back when I had a 5th wheel it was also really nice to be able to cover the hitch once at the CG so it wasn't just sitting in plain sight.
Overall, bed covers are great... just do some research and decide what funcionality and security you want.

We have the GM hard cover on ours. Keeps everything in the bed clean & dry.
Rarely have a need to get to the far back of the bed so it works well for us.

When I hook up the 5th wheel, I just fold it forward with a cargo net below the hinge, everything stays in place and relatively dry, even in a down pour. When I get there, just unfold the tonneau and lock it in place for a secure storage area.
That's the one I'm gonna get soon to replace my old original Bakflip. A buddy has the X-tang on his Titan and it's seems to be much better built than my old Bakflip, plus I can get a good deal on it through a friend who reps the X-tang line.

Same unit that I have. Works great. Rolls up like a soft cover or tilts like a hard cover. Tilt to 45 degrees and I can remove it myself for loading bikes or quads.

We have a diamond back ATV carrier that is really nice and keeps everything nice and dry in the truck bed. We can carry our 2 ATVs and still have the truckbed for all the other stuff.
