Anyone have experience towing this 36' 8'' trailer? I currently tow a 31 foot Jayco Jay Feather 28R with my 2009 F250 and its easy. Is the 330 RLTS just too long to tow for a long distance get-away?

If you have a substantial tow vehicle..you'll beat the road, the wind and the weather into submission. Manuvering in a tight parking lot or campground may be a bit of a challenge occassionally!

Our rig comes in at nearly 33' and we find no difficulties going cross country. In our case, I wouldn't think a bit more than 3' will change much, but it will limit the sites available to your size rig especially in older state, federal, COE, county, and other similar type campgrounds. Obviously, a high quality, properly sized and correctly installed WD/SC hitch is paramount to a comfortable towing experience. You're going up roughly 5' from your current TT, so it shouldn't take much time to get the hang of towing your new rig. Enjoy your new camper!!!

Thanks for the responses. My other option would be to go with a fifth wheel like the 351RLTS.

Wow, that is a beautifull trailer. Lots of room to stretch your legs in there! My only concern is the 1400 lb hitch weight. Is there anything that can support that? Choosing a campsite will be tricky too, i have trouble with mine at 33'6".

My 32BHDS measures 38' 6" with the bike tray extended. So far in 2 years of going to full service CG's we have had no problem getting into a site.

If you want a 2012 Eagle 330RLTS better buy one soon. Jayco has droped full size Eagle TT line for 2013. 2013 Eagles are the old super lite line.

I recently went from a 25 ft to a 28 ft TT and the biggest challenge in adjusting to the extra length is parking it in my drive. I live at the entrance to my subdivision, so can't block the road long getting it parked at home.. and somehow that extra few feet means a huge amount trying to get it parked in the drive.. don't know about in state parks, because so far, I have parked in pull through sites. will see soon though.
