So I finally got my new TT back today after being at the dealership for 3 weeks for repairs.

This morning, while I was getting it all loaded for the maiden voyage this w/e I de-winterized as well.

I mixed up a solution of bleach water and was able to pump it out of the bucket without any issues. (unit has a bypass hose for doing this)
Ran all the faucets until I smelled bleach and let it sit for a few hours.

Turned the pump bypass valve on to allow water from the holding tank into the lines, ran it until bleach smell was gone. Now don't ask me why, but I decided to run more bleach through the lines.

Opened all my low point drains and drained the water lines as well as the fresh water tank. Turn off the bypass valve leading to the water tank and repeated the previous steps. But now, the pump won't draw any water from the bucket and im racking my brain trying to figure out why. The pumps just runs. When I place my finger over the end of the tube I can't even feel any suction what so ever.

The pump works fine drawing water from the holding tank but when I turn the valve off to allow it only to draw from the bucket nothing happens.

As a complete newbie to this whole TT thing im sure im missing something.

This whole TT thing I got myself into has turned out to be nothing but a big PITA, Im sure it will get better with time.

Any clues would be greatly appreciated.

Did you actually put beach/water solution in the tank too? To do a thorough sanitize job you actually need to add bleach to the water tank, fill the tank with water and pump the solution through the system.

I'm stumped.

Did you fill the fill tube with water so there isn't an air lock?

Perhaps you need to prime the system?

When I use the pump to put water thru the system it has two lines with valves. One goes to the freshwater tank and has to be closed to pump water into the lines to spigots and the extra line has to be open to siphon fluid from the jug of antifreeze or bleach as case may be. When using the freshwater tank the line to it has to be open and the one used for siphoning from the jug has to be closed. If one doesn't do that the pump is not going to pull fluid correctly.

The valve that leads to the fresh water tank is closed. so the only place the pump can draw water is from the bucket.

When I turn the fresh water valve to "open" the pump has no issue pumping water through the faucets on the sinks as well as the tub and shower. Toilet even flushes.

My first attempt at this, all went well. Sucked the water from the bucket in no time flat.

I have to stop and get the trailer fixed AGAIN on my way out so I guess I'll have the tech look at it. Im sure im probably missing something but I can't imagine what it could be.

I thought about doing that, thiniking the pump may have to be primed, but I didn't need to the first time. The owners manual says nothing about having to prime the pump.

Life was a lot easier with the PUP. lol

It sounds like you have an air leak somewhere and the pump can't pull the bleach water... This usually happens to me at least once when winterizing and I let the antifreeze that I'm pulling out of the jug run too low...

Try priming the supply hose and see if that doesn't help...

Is the bucket with the bleach solution higher than the pump or do you have the suction pickup hose placed in an arc with the end of the hose in the bottom of the bucket?
