I'm surprised that there is no section on this page to complain about, or praise, the service we get at Camping World Service Centers.

I have been to the Kissimmee, FL, Camping World twice now to have items installed. First a 22K 5th wheel hitch installed and today, a Prodigy P2 brake controller. Both times I have had excellent service.

I'm a retired Engineer, and (according to my wife) am anal about researching things first, and doing things correctly. The Service Tech assigned to both my jobs (same guy called Tom), was very up to date, and if anything more anal than me (now that's saying something!).

I wish there was a way to compliment the service I got, particularly the tech I had, and to let other people know, that sometimes we can get things done right.

I do recommend the Kissimmee CW location.

You posted here......so some of that praise/recommendation will be read.

Did you write a letter to the CW Service Manager in Kissimmee?

If you go to the "Search Forum" box above...and click on "Dear Marcus", and post your comment, you'll be sending your message directly to Marcus Lemonis, the CEO of Camping World.

Hi,

I don't know about other dealerships, but I know a guy who worked at a Mercedes dealership in Santa Monica, and most of the time when he returned a car to Beverly Hills, the owner tipped with a $20. He was always excited to return a car, and made sure it was spotlessly clean, for a good tip.

I am sure that Tom would like a $10, it would pay for his lunch.

Sheff69,
Thank you for your feedback on your experience at our Kissimmee location. I am very familiar with tech you are speaking of. He has been with us for quite awhile and does excellent work. I will be sure to pass this on to his supervisor. This forum is a great place to post comments like this. It is monitored daily.

Thanks,

Thanks for sharing positive comments; CW has had their share of complaints, but it is refreshing to hear comments such as yours. Safe travels

I agree with sheff69, there should be a category for RV Service. There is one for the RV Sales. I just came accross this thread and would have posted my recent experience here had I known of it. SO, Mr. Lemonis have the Mods or Amins or whoever does that sort of thing set up an RV Service category. BTW, my experience was at the new Asheville CW and was a positive one.
