We gotta see some pictures of that vintage HR.

From the pictures, it looks like there's good news and bad news.

The good news is that you have a fairly nice looking Holiday Rambler and most of it seems to be intact and livable.

The bad news is that the delaminating paneling is indicative of water damage inside the ceiling and walls. You can choose to try and patch the ceiling with new paneling but the rafters may be so deteriorated that a screw or nail won't hold. The same can probably be found for the wall areas. To recover from this and have everything stay repaired, you'll have to deal with the water intrusion problem and then will be looking at a pretty good piece of work replacing the bad framing underneath the panels.

IMO, it's definitely worth the effort to do it right. These vintage TT's have a lot going for them and can last a good number of years.

No repairing that paneling. You need to fix the leak and replace the paneling.

We have taken care of the leak. The leak was from the previous owners and it no longer leaks now. I'm not sure I can handle repairing the wood damage. I'm not very handy and I can't afford to take it to someone to repair it. So I don't know what the end result will be for the wood. I'm afraid if I start a prject this big, I willn't be able to finish it.
