Does anybody blow their water lines out in the spring, getting the anti-freeze out and then running water through to clean the lines. We are going out next week and just debating whether I want to drain the lines first by blowing them out, or wait and just run water through when we get to our location.

Blowing them out will not sanitize them. You really need to properly sanitize the system before yse.

If you want to save / recycle what is in the lines, blow them out. No matter what flush them, then sanitize, then flush again. Antifreze is not antifungal.

I usually pressurize the system then go to each faucet and run into a jug till I see the color changing. I am able to save probably 3/4 of what I put in. No I'm not cheap, just frugal.

I blow my lines out every fall. In the spring, I fill the water tank and add 1/4 cup of bleach per 15 gallons of water. I then pump that through the system, including the water heater. Let that sit for a few hours while I do other stuff and then drain down the fresh water tank and water heater. Fill with fresh water and start pumping that through the lines until I can smell no more chlorine. Top off the tanks and I'm good to go. We don't usually drink the water from tanks either.

I blow out my lines when I winterize the 5er. Drain the hot water tank and flip the by-pass valves. I keep all the faucet open, as well as the drains, all of them! The only place I use "antifreeze" is in the drains with "p" traps.
When I'm ready to take the 5er out I fill the fresh tank with water and a 1/4 cup bleach. Then I run it through the system, leaving it in the gray tank for a while. The next day I flush with fresh water. Done.

Blowing them out is OK but unnecessary. flushing water through your lines after simply opening the low point drains and faucets for a while, will have the same effect. You should sanitize the entire system anyway and that should also remove any residual antifreeze taste.
