Check out TV "million dollar rooms" for a 6000 sq. ft. underground garage w/aircraft carrier style elevator. Sorry, maybe someone can post a link.

I watched that episode while laying tile in my RV. At first thought, I, like everyoone else reacts like "no one should have that much money". But when you think about it; Where did the money go? To the engineers, masons, electricians, parts suppliers etc. So good for him. Actually, he probably had it all built using his investment's accrued interest and capital gains, so no principle was expended.
He needs to build more. In my backyard. Or frontyard even.

Hmm, I thought we where just establishing in another thread that underground storage is not such a good idea. I suppose if its climate controlled, it may be OK though.

geeze I thought my warehouse was pretty nice! Mines only above ground and 40 min away. Guess I need a bigger house and the construction funds to do it

I'd like to go on record as saying I qualify as "every one" and the thought of "no one should have that much money" did not even cross my mind. The man sold a company that he created. My thought is I wish I would have went into computers back in the late 70's and then maybe today I'd have a house like that.
