I bought a Blue Ox Patriot 1 1/2 years ago and it worked great at first. Then I started to have error messages. Called several times for tech assistance - including a Sunday when I had a real tech on the line, too! But it kept getting worse and they finally told me to send it to the Test Center. Today I have a brand new Patriot on the front porch. They decided to just replace it! No cost! Good company with desire to keep customers happy!
