Once upon a time there was a page about what we are having for dinner. What ever happened to it. I got a lot of much needed inspiration from reading what ya'll were having for dinner. We will work til 8 pm tonight so dinner will be a salad and possibly a roast beef sandwich.

The last few days around here have been heavy rain and hail. I've been thinking chili or jambalaya.

We had a small pork loin roast, seasoned with McCormicks Pork Rub, wrapped in foil, baked for 4 hours at 285 degrees, moist and tender. Side dish of pasta salad, and for dessert, a big bowl of FRESH sliced strawberries picked today!
