Last night we had baby back ribs, baked beans, potato salad, garlic bread, sweet tea and german choc cake for dessert. Can't do that often, though....diabetes.

Tonight was pot roast with carrots onions and potatoes followed by pineapple sourcream pie.

Boneless skinless chicken thighs baked in a lower sugar, lower fst, lower sodium sauce (fat free Catalina dressing, no added sugar apricot jam, onion flakes, onion powder, 1 packet sodium free beef broth), and cauliflower salad.
