Ok, so I didn't win Mega Millions so I can't buy the new motorhomee so now I need to fix my slideout awning.... Does anyone know of a reputable company in southern california that can resew and repair a Carefree Sideout Kover awning?

I did the same thing. Two of my awnings the thread rotted at the coach side. Replacement awnings would cost around $600 so I removed the old ones and took them to a shop that restores old cars. The resewed both of them for next to nothing. Check around your area and see what you can find.

Had mine done here.

Southern California covers a large distance.

These guys did mine. Had them pull my front TV at the same time.

I need a new one for bedroom and on Ebay it's better than original for about 110 bucks for my size. Do it yourself type.

I used Sunbrella. Lasts a long time. Plastic covered Canvass seems to deterioate faster. Had 2 Cords sewn onto both edges. Replaced old with new but it takes 2 people. Buy it at Upholstery supply.
