No but double towing is since Jan 1st. As long as the first is a 5'er.

How about a link to that information…

to the best of my knowledge any attempts to allow it for non commercial vehicles in FL have been turned down…

Love my mass produced, entry level, built by Lazy American Workers, Hornet

Where did you find this out? The other day DOT had a guy stopped on I-75 that had a boat behind his 5th wheel.

Seems to be common sense. The fifth wheel's are able to jackknife at a full clean 45 degree angle. That would send any boat attached to it across 6 lanes of traffic. An out of control TT is going to hit the bumper of the TT first limiting its swing, albeit flipping over the TT at the same time!

BTW this accident with a SUV, TT, canoe and Boat/trailer had 2 deaths they have removed all videos and stories of it off the internet that where there, now not one line about it. Although the TV station ran the video of it again this morning.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but towing a TT with a boat trailer hitched to the back of it is only double towing...right? I don't think there was anything connected to the back of the boat trailer.
