Great score! People tend to whine that Honda's are soooo expensive but like trailers, the good clean used ones are not. You just have to go out and hunt them down and when you find one do not hesitate. Trucks, trailers, generators...I always buy used and let somebody else take the big hit off the showroom floor.
Today I had to use my 10 " Delta table saw and Rockwell mitre box to complete some items on a bathroom install in the house. I decided to use the Honda to power them, man it worked great. I had it running for about 6 hours total no problems just purred along. The Delta has a 1 1/2 hp motor and it started no problem. I love this generator !

With Craigslist there is a face to face meeting of the seller and the buyer and this is much safer than using eBay. The only times I have been scammed it has been with eBay and neither eBay or PayPal would provide any assistance at all - of course they get their money regardless of the outcome of the transaction.
Searchtempest.com is a great website for covering all the craigslist sites in a chosen radius from your house. You can select the price range as well to exclude the over priced and the too good to be true items.
