That would be grounding the truck frame mid-way between front and rear axles. If done correctly, you can have a very nice time on the teeter totter.

Last time I checked the truck dealers had 4" lowering kits which makes since to me. I dont need a "cute" truck that sits up high and a trailer with flipped axles.
