Yesterday we laid my wife to rest, we are now in our first day of healing our hurt and sorry of her lost. I just wanted to let all know how much my family and I appreciate all of the kind words and sympathy from my RV family.
John. So sorry for your loss. I know how you feel, I lost my wife and co-pilot six weeks ago yesterday. I am still finding my way but the support of family and friends has really helped. Good luck in your journey.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you John. Lost my Dad almost a year ago. While not the same as losing a spouse it still hurts. As they say time heals all wounds. You will see her again. Peace be with you, John
So sorry for the loss of your beloved wife, John. Time will heal some of your pain and make it bearable for you. Remember all the good times the two of you had RV'ing. As you begin to heal remember that you don't have to give this up.

John I feel your pain, been there. Talk about her as much as you can and remember all the good times. Nothing much will ever take her place, you will just learn to live with the void. God Bless you.
Something someone told me once when I had lost a loved one was "Remember the Dash".
Way too often when we lose a loved one, we remember the dates of their birth and the date of their passing. But even on a grave stone or memorial pamplet, they are seporated by "The Dash". The dash is everything that happened between those two dates. It is all the time it took to develop into the person that was so loved. The time being raised by parents, the time making and building friendships from childhood that were ever lasting, the time getting educated in the area's they worked in, the time building the lasting relationships that now feel less for them being gone.
The dates are just that, two days that signify a beginning and end to the life here on earth. But "THE DASH", now thats what counts and should be looked back on with fondness and smiles.
May you find peace in your heart and your memories bring smiles and laughter of the wonderful times you shared. God Bless.
