2010 403FB salem..with slides out. When it rains I notice on the inside of the TT on the bottom ledge of the window there is water sitting there. At first I though it was moisture from the difference of temp from outside, and the inside of the TT during summer time. But one time when we had a heavy rain that's when I notice the water again at the bottom of the window ledge.Does anyone out there have any idea on how to correct this problem? or should I take off the window and re-caulk the entire window frame?

I would remove the window and apply a strip of putty tape around the whole frame and then reinstall. This would also give you a look to see if there is ant water damage inside the wall.

You need to determine if the water is coming in from the window tracks or from around the window frame. There are usually a couple of drains in the outside window track. Make sure they are clean. If it is coming from around the frame, the window needs to be pulled and resealed. Not a terrible job.

What this guy said....
Check to see if the rubber seals for the window are missing or "rolled"
Check window tracks for junk including dirt that may be lifting window and obstructing the weep holes.
In our TC the weep holes had felt or some other fabric that rotted and no longer allowed water out but kept it in very well.
I cut up an old sponge to fit in the holes, they have been working well thus far.

I would check the weep holes on the bottom of the window frame, make sure they are clean of debris and make sure the rubber window track is not blocking them.

Agree.
Many "new technology" RV windows use a dry rubber as a sealer. Just like dry rubber on windshield wiper blades, they eventually crack from natural UV exposure and let water past them. Of the 11 windows on my TT, 3 of them where leaking. And, I didn't even know about it because they were leaking inside the TT's walls.
If my TT, I would simply remove ALL RV windows, remove their factory rubber seal (simply peel off - since its one sided tape stuck on), apply soft putty and re-install the window. Remove the extra squeezed out putty (which isn't very much) and apply a clear or white external silcone around the outside window lip. For a cool video, surf: - click here -
If you plan to keep your TT for many years, simply do above (which some say is "much better old school" methed) to a few windows each month. Within 2-3 short months, all RV windows are re-sealed - the proper "old technology" way.

I agree with the others. Re-sealing the windows is key. I have found where the "rough opening" cut into the sidewall was oversized, not allowing adequate overlap, and where the window was not centered in the in the opening.
It's not a hard job to remove and reinstall the window, if that is the problem. I believe Composet Products makes a window sealing kit that includes the putty tape for under the frame, polyurethane sealant for the outside of the frame, and rubber shims to hold the window centered in the opening.
