That does not look like the stress flexing I experience on my rear wall. It looks like delam or some kind of manufacturing defect. I would get the TT back to the dealer without delay.

It doesn't really show up in the photo but there is a smaller area to the left of the big one and down by the bumper. Neither of us remember seeing it at the dealer and I wonder if it let go while we were driving home, just from the movement.

I saw it right away, as a mater of fact.

You need to get this back to the dealer and have it repaired. This is a flaw and is unacceptable on a brand new trailer.

Their service manager is coming to the house this morning to look at it and take pictures. Good thing I live close. He said the rear walls are made a bit differently than the others and can sometimes look loose. I think from the photos that is not what I have going on here.

It may look a little funky, but it is not delamination because Keystone rear walls are not laminated in the first place. For years I thought Keystone had this terrible delamination problem until I found out how they construct their rear walls. The fiberglass sheet is fastened around the perimeter and around any rear openings. Some are smoother than others, but everyone will get ripples when the sun shines on the rear of trailer. You might get a smoother replacement sheet, but I think that needs to be weighed against the disruption of all the orginal seams. If it were mine, I would just leave it alone.

Keystone rear walls are "Free Floating" designed to take the buffeting of the wind on the rear of the trailer while towing, but should appear smooth. I can't say definitively that what you have is delamination, but I think you are definately doing the right thing by having the dealer take note and work through Keystone. Although it is a pain, better to get things worked out while under warranty.

The service manager told me that yes they do make the rear walls differently but delam is still possible although much less likely.

Sure looks like some kind of problem to me...the trailer was bought new a couple of days ago...I wouldn't "just leave it alone," if it were mine...

I don't think it's delamanted, but some sort of other issue.

I have the same "free floating" wall on my KEYSTONE Passport. I looks a litle warped at times but never had a bubble as you show in the photo.

Definately a defect. Good it happened now and not 366 days from now.

Well good news and bad news. Service manager came and looked and took pictures. He sent the pictures and papers to the factory before even talking to me. It is delam but he said isn't bad to fix because it is just the one piece of the wall not the entire wall like it would be on a side wall. He has a piece in the works and he said it will take some time to get here but there is no reason to not use the TT. He said go camping have fun and he will call me when it comes in and we can schedule the repair. These guys are great to work with so far. Everything has been really pain free and easy. And we found out that buying from them gets us a 10% discount on any accessories and parts that they sell for as long as we own the TT.
