Can someone tell me what is ant water damage,and is this a serius problem?

The term is confusing. I have seen small water leaks and THEN the carpenter ants come in and do the damage. Remove the water leak and the ants go away.

lol I think it IS a serious problem but it's a COMMUNICATION problem with who ever said it

Maybe they were ants that drank too much beer and peed water damage all over the trailer. No, Seriously though, maybe "ant" is a abbreviation for something.
Could it be Antennae water damage? Maybe the bolts that held the antennae on started leaking or something.

Actually not. They are attracted by wet or water damaged wood initially because it makes the chewing easier. Once in there, they are more than happy to keep munching on dry wood. Borax works good on them.
