I'm looking for a 30-32 foot 5th wheeler with a king size bed. Don't have a truck yet and I'm not interested in anything longer than 32 feet. Does anyone have such a unit or is aware of a manufacture that produces a unit like this? Thanks for your input.

Depends what you call King size. Doubt you'll find any 78" X 80" (real king size) but you should find a few 72" X 78" (rv king size). The limiting factor for manufacturer is the bedroom slide width. Most will put whatever you want in the slide as long as it fits.

We have a 30/31 with a king size bed. Don't have the exact bed dimensions now but will update the post in the next few days. The 5th wheel we have is no longer available but I have to believe that some manufacturers still have them as an option.
Just checked Forest Rivers Cedar Creek Model 29RE and they have the option however the model is not 29' but actually 34' 7". So much for the name reflecting overall length.
Good luck,
Tom

Our Bighorn had the king bed. The model was 3055, and I think it was around 33 or 34 feet long.

Check out the Heartland line. Lots of room in the bedroom and closet in that particular model.

Our Cardinal 2005 29WBLX has a 72x80 camper King. Many mid 2000 Cardinals had this size bed. You can tell from the outside by looking, as the bedroom slide is much wider. So it is not just a wider bed jammed in a small slide out. Chris

My fiver came with a queen size bed, no bedroom slide. I took one of the bedside stands out and combined it with the one on the other side, removed the queen platform and put in a California king size mattress. It did involve removing the entire shower stall, wash basin, storage closet and the molding for the entrance door. Since I had stripped the bedroom area already I also removed the interior walls, put in 2 inch Styrofoam block and paneled the walls. Was a lot of work but well worth it. Will be starting on the lower level soon as I get a plan together as to what I want to do
