If you mean you are out 30 miles on a dirt track or no track somewhere in the boonies, no they won't provide service.

Hmmmm, according to the website it says Coverage in U.S.A., Canada, Mexico, anywhere in North America.. Maybe there is some fine print that needs to be published? I guess I should clarify though... It would most likely be on a forest service road... If that makes a difference.

If you can give them directions I don't see any reason they wouldn't provide towing is necessary. They would probably need better than "turn 1/4 mile from the bridge by the red farm house" though.

Thanks Camper 8251. Good Sam Roadside would absolutely cover you on any improved road, including forest service roads. The intent of this coverage is to take care of you assuming your RV is somewhere "it is supposed to be".
If, for example, you take your RV 2 miles OFF the forest service road, we would still send assistance, but at your expense. We would not leave any member stranded by not providing service, and we understand the intent of RVs are used to get away from it all. For more info on the coverage and exclusions, please refer to our website at www.goodsamers.com or send me a PM.
Thanks again.

Sorry about not responding sooner. Look here on page 13 at the exclusions and off road definition. You know where you will be and probably should call Good Sam and check it out. I have used and been satisfied with their service, but not ( off road ).

Good Sam ERS is IMO a good service and the folks there are top notch. But that said you can have issues with the providers not wanting to respond. As a camp host in OR we had a visitor break down and GS was called but the tow company was a butt head and the visitor was down for over 24 hours. GS did come to bat and got a repair service there who was first rate. Maybe there could be a way to fire tow company's that won't come out.
I may post more on this later
