Please forgive Rich, he also thinks all RV's have the same quality. "

When did I say that.. I did say they are more alike than different. I did say they use the same vendors, same workforce makeup and same assembly line methods.
I did say quakity and quality control was poor and that does apply to all Rv's.
I do not recall seeing Oklahomamikes post on his issue on the forum. I am concerned about him having a problem in repair when the Rv was under the first year warranty. Direct me to his post so I can se what the problems in repair were.

I speak from experience also. Had a 2011 Forest River Blue Ridge and out only 1 time to Phoenix area a little over 200 miles round trip, and when I got home and ran 1 of the slides out I had major frame flex (enough to damage the linoleum). Sure it was under warantee. But would you want a unit that had such frame flex. What happens after the warantee is over? Sorry, but after spending over 40K for a trailer, I expect it to be build correctly. Got rid of it and got a non-Lippert frame unit! If you have a lippert frame and don't have any problems I'm glad for you, but enough of us have had problems that I would be concerned about buying a Lippert frame unit.

It is okay Rich I did not intend any offense. My problems were back in 2004 I think Keystone has significantly improved quality since then on their frames.

Yep, actually drove to all of these places---in the last eight years. Missed Rhode Island and New Jersey.

Did not take offense Mike . Just wondered about them giving you problems during the warranty period.

Yes please go to those links . Luke your comments were far out of context

Montana has improved their quality over the years and with the new Montana plant the opportunity to improve quality and quality control is present... Waiting to see if they take advantage of the opportunity..

We have got a new Montana comming...we shall see.

I have an excellant memory, Rich. Twice before that post, I linked, you said "they were all the same quality." You didn't say anything about costs or anything else. I remember thinking this guy is a real . I rember this post from the third time your same quality, same vendors....

My comments might be out of context of what you thought you said, but not what you wrote. Seems to be the new defense around here to claim to be taken out of context.

In the search for those post I came up with over 10 pages. So. I settled for just theone I linked. Feel free to read all of you old posts, then come back and show me where I'm wrong.

It doesn't help those of us with Keystone products to hear the pep talk that Keystone/Montana has improved their quality with a new plant. I don't plan on buying a new Keystone product to get a better quality product than what I purchased before. I have some serious doubts about whether a new plant by itself would necessarily improve quality. It takes alot more than a new building to improve quality. lets discuss the issues with the Keystone company that built the units we currently have.

'They are all pretty much in the same price range and of the same quality build. We have toured all of those plants and it would be hard to tell which one you are in. " ....Just a example. We will not play the game with you.

That would mean that 5th wheels in the same price range are pretty much of the same quality. They use the same vendors, same workforce, same assembly line methods. We never said that a Montana or Jayco or Forest river were in the same price range as a Excell or higher $$ RV..

Sunnybrook didn't use lippert but they might now - I have no idea. My 2000 25' SB 5er had a 12" frame and my 98 31' SB has a 14" frame - both Venture and both VERY strong. My SBs have had all Atwood accesaries. In 14 years I've had to add fresh grease to the slide and landing gear boxes and a new ignitor rod on the WH. The frig was in the recall and I was fully reimbursed. Craig
