Condos have made ON the beach almost a thing of the past.
At Destin, a little east of your planned area, is one
private park on the beach....$$$$$$$$$$$$$. And, at or
near Destin is Hendson State Park, a fine place.
At Navarre, there are two good parks on the beach, but on
the SOUND (inside an island)..Emerald Beach and Navarre Parks.
At Pensacola there is Fort Pickens, a federal park, between
Pensacola Bay and the Gulf, with access to both.
At Perdido Key FL, Playa del Rio is on the inland waterway.
Tight spaces, but a good place.
On highway 180 west at Gulf Shores is Fort Morgan Park,
on Mobile Bay, with a pier, but no beach.
A new park has opened at Navarre, on the sound. I don't
know the name.
Go to rvparkreviews.com and look under Destin, Navarre FL,
Pensacola, Perdido Key, Orange Beach AL, and Gulf Shores AL.
P M me if you have questions.

If you're willing to drive a few more miles east of Pensacola to Mexico Beach and beyond, you'll be in Florida's "forgotten coast". St. Joseph and St. George SPs will put you on the beach in a matter of steps; Same with Ho Hum RV Park in Carrabelle, FL. The area is similar to what Florida looked like 50-60 years ago. Sleepy fishing villages, working waterfront, great seafood, miles of open beaches, low development, less crowded and slower traffic. A great place to enjoy the sun and relax.
I've been around that area quite a bit and the only place I can think of that's almost what you want and near enough is Grand Isle State Park. It is very near (a few yards) but not on the beach.
Fairview-Riverside has a loop right on the river but there's no beach.
