I started doing my research I was looking at travel trailers first. We have a young son and wanted to keep they toys separated.

These were the few I liked that had the patio sliding door option. I only wanted a patio door because it made the inside seem bigger.

One was the fun finder xtra 276 and 275. The other was the xlr hyper light 27 hfs.

Coachman 301 was in the mix and Dutchman Rubicon 2900 I think.

Last one that we almost decided on was the Heartland torque. Instead of getting the tat, we decided to go with a 5th Wheel and stayed with the company we liked the best, the heartland.

They all had a door separating the living space from the garage.
There may be more travel trailer toy haulers out there with different types
All of them had the option to get rear queen beds.of separation to the garage.

We have a 07 forest river Salem 38' toy hauler. There are just minor finish issues. Found one nail shot thru the sidewall, missing one trim finish piece in the bathroom. Then again I dOnt know if this is from the first owner. We are happy with it. I have checked for frame issues and there's none. It's pulls well and straight. The old tires which I replaced immediately, had some funky wear patterns. Hopefully the axels are not out of alignment and the previous owner ran them low or something. We will see

Thanks for the replys....now I'll have to start searching for TH's in this area....we live an hour from civilization!!!!

We currenlty have a Sunline 2499 and I love the living space, and I truly don't want to give that up......so I guess we are going to end up with a longer trailer!

We just bought a used Holiday Rambler TH and have been very pleased. I did not see anyone mention them here so I'm posting. HR is no longer in production but was purchased by Monaco. The Monaco 5ers are now made off the HR design. Monaco does not make a toy hauler but Holiday Rambler has always been well respected name in the business and Monaco surly has good reports. I also made the pilgrimage to the Monaco warranty and repair facility at the factory in Indiana for some upgrades/repair/maintenance and was treated very well by the head of the shop who worked at HR and had hands on during the production of my HR. The experience was Awesome! PM me if you want to hear more details.

We also have a 38' Next Level by Holiday Rambler, and we're very happy with it. Is has their own custom Aluminum frame that is supposed to be lighter and stronger than many others. You can read more about it here: Next Level by Holiday Rambler

This is our 3rd toy hauler (had 2 Weekend Warriors before), and it's held up very well. I just recently learned that HR has stopped making them, which is a bit disappointing being an orphaned line. But if I were in the market for another TH, I would still consider a used Next Level.
