just opened up my 2008 jayco 232 and when opened back tent area noticed some water sitting on top of tent. last fall I put angle pretty high from front to back for snow/ice. I have never had problems with water prior, even in hard rains. was very sure when sealed for winter that all rubber was good (or at least thought). this was our first winter owning it and didn't end up covering. any ideas?
It might just be condensation as the days are warming up and still cold at night. When closed up use your water hose and see if you get any leaks. But I do cover mine during the winter.
Are you thinking it could be stress related for the frame since you jacked up the front end so high to get roof run-off? I have never done to my trailer before. The most I could get one end higher with the trailer jack would be only a inch or so maybe.
Seems like from all the posts you read about the hybrid tent bed doors eventually leaking they seem to slightly warp alittle over time maybe...
I notice my neighbor camper who has two trailers at home always puts a 30x20 size tarp over them during the winter months.
My Posts are IMHO based on my experiences - PM me Roy and Carolyn

I've had the same issue on my '07 Jayco 232. Sometimes it does, othertimes not. I have stopped putting both halves of the mattress up against the rear fold out bed. I put the thicker shorter piece of mattress in the road side bed area. My thoughts show that maybe the extra stress of the double thick mattress is causing some bow out of the door.

The only time I've stored outdoors in winter I used a cover and did not experience any leakage but I know snow and ice in the seal area will expand and contract as the water freezes and thaws and can allow leakage in marginal seal areas that are just fine in the summer.
I'm guessing the runoff end was where this happened. This area gets the drips from snow and ice thawing on the roof in bright sun even at below freezing temperatures.
I had a weep in the front area of my Roo which turned out to be leakage around the clearance lights, the bunk seal was fine. Water migrates in mysterious ways once it gains entrance.
