I would have.
Wasn't an option. Besides, half hour oil change, hours to complete, and vehicle on a lift makes it even harder. When you have a large class A, don't know the area, and need to leave town in AM, you can't just zip down the street to some unknown place and get an oil change on the dime. Oil change later would have put me in the middle of the desert with Wiley Coyote's Acme Oil Changes in 102 degree heat.
Thanks for your feedback and I apologize for your experience. As you may know this is a brand new location obviously working out the kinks but that is no excuse for your experience. I will contact the GM in Avondale and he will be in contact with you directly. Thank you for the opportunity and your feedback. We need it to get better.
I thought that an update was in order. David Lewis Regional DIrector of Camping World, called me. We discussed the issues that occurred and he is intent to resolve all the issues I raised. I am pleased to report he has made me whole on the visit and I am confident that he will continue to improve the training, customer service and technical issues required to make Avondale a place to bring your RV for service. thank you Mr Lewis.
WE have been to CW for parts on 4 separate occasions this past winter and they never had the parts!
Even a replacement rod for the black tank! Good grief it isn't unheard of having this little gem fall off occasionally.
CW used to be top dog but not any more, I'll go to most any other for parts and surely wonder on their service also..
