I can't seem to find it anywhere. How do I drain the radiator without pulling the hose?

Pull the bottom hose. That is common as manufacturers attempt to further cut costs.

Could you cut a notch in the end of a piece of schedule 40 pvc pipe to reach to it and turn it?
