I'd say your fresh water tank is needing a good cleaning and what you are getting is small pieces of whatever grew in your fresh water tank as it breaks loose. A double dose of bleach and 3/4 full tank and a good drive to stir it up and slosh it around and then drain and repeat until the problem goes away.

When you empty it, run it through your faucets just incase your water lines have the same issue.

yes that sounds like it is it, the only other thing is a bad back flow, but I think its just junk/

Make sure you run that bleach mixture from fresh water tank thru pump thru all faucets/showers (hot/cold sides), toilet, all low point drains and any lines that do not normally have flow thru them (washer lines/outside shower lines etc.).
Lines that are connected to plumbing system but that do not have routine flow can become loaded with bacteria/slime and back feed into system when it has been depressurized/drained and re-pressurized.

Are you absolutely sure you don’t have a water filter built in? On my Forest River Trailer there is a large canister filter just inside the trailer, in the wall behind a removable panel at the head of the bathtub. It’s totally concealed unless you remove four screws and a piece of paneling. Just a thought. Good Luck.

what is funny is there is debris. just like tea. no small chunks or floaties. Is it possible the water pump is going bad and is there any oil in that pump?

The pump casing and impeller is all plastic, even a failed pump won't discolor your water. There is no oil in the pump. It sounds to me like something got introduced into your tank.

You don't need a lot of bleach to clean your system but it does need time. It will work the best if you can let the bleach/water solution to sit in the tank and water lines for more than 12 hrs..
