I removed the bed and pulled up the board so I could see what was going on. The manufacturer only used 2 screws to hold the bed frame to the slide. They both pulled out.
I replaced the screws and added 4 additional screws. Goes in and out as it should now.
While I was in there I relocated our pump for our air mattress(sleep number) under the head of the bed. There was just enough room in there to fit it. Ran the hoese out along with the power cord.
All set. Thanks for the help and pointing me in th eright direction. I have an extended warranty for the rv, but I know it would be tied up at the dealer waiting for repair.
Dave H M wrote: On the two bedroom slides of mine I had to do repairs on it was not that hard of a job to stand the mattress up on its side to the front of the trailer, then take out the sheeting that is under the mattress and check out the framing and slide mechanism.
My problems were readily recognizable.
I think you are gonna have to take a look.

WE have been to Green Lakes a few times, and enjoy it. But usually we try to get a little further away from home. I see you are local to Syracuse, we live in Cicero.
