Does anyone know about how long Dicor 551 lsw will last in tube once opened and used?

I seel mine off with Saran rap and electrical tape, other then a tough plug at then it was still good after a year...I do the same with silicone

If you can push the goop out with a caulking gun....it's still good. Trash the first ounce or so.

I use an OLD Seal A Meal machine to suck all the air out of the plastic bag then seal, never had any problems reusing anything like that, within a reasonable time period.

I just leave it on the self and when I need to use it, just squeeze it out the end. Maybe a smidge hardens in the tip much like a tube of silicon caulk does.

For the money I consider a tube to be single use. I will get a new one next time it is needed.
