New Cedar Creek when looking at the rubber bushing between the 2 axles. There seems to be creaks.

Has anyone have experience with this?

I have the EX-Flex. What do you mean by 'creaks'? Mine has several deep cracks in the rubber. Doesn't seem to hinder operation in any way tho.

That is what I am seeing. cracks not creaks, spell checker does not catch all of them.

Someone posted something similar a while back. Dexter said there was a bad batch and replaced the units. On hearing this, I check mine and they were fine.

Ahhh...I like the idea of freebie replacements. I'm gonna give Dex a call. Thanks for the heads-up

The ones that Dexter was replacing the rubber bushings looked like a grape being squished. Here is a thread that shows some pictures:

Mine were cracked and squished within 2 months of install. Dexter sent me entire replacement equalizers. The new ones also failed after a few months. Came from the same batch of bad rubber. Again sent me new equalizers. The new pair seems to be holding up well. Could tell they were different the day I installed them. New equalizers are nice but the labor is a pain. I'm getting to be an expert at swapping equalizers. Call Jackie @ 574-295-7888 or email direct at jhonchar@dexteraxle.com. She was very nice and easy to work with.

How long have you had the new ones Steve?

I was just sent my 3rd pair as well, hopefully these ones hold up better.
Believe it or not, they told me to Armor-All the rubber when I asked if the new rubbers were any different!
If these fail I'm gonna try something else.
