Had the misfortune of a flat Friday 13 April and required roadside assistance to replace the tire. Service was as expected and I was on my way after a few hours delay. The charge for the service has shown up on my credit card and the transaction has cleared. Will I receiver an invoice or some other document indicating what services were rendered and what the cost break down was? As an example I now have a new tire and no proof of when it was installed for warranty purposes.

Thank you for your post Dale.Traveling. You should be receiving a receipt for the tire purchase shortly. I have found your account in our system and will have someone contact you concerning your receipt if you would like. Please let me know via private message so I can confirm your information. Thank you, Zach

No roadside service pays for a "new tire". Only to change out a spare at no charge.

Thanks....I thought 'replace' meant change the spare, if it meant 'buy' an actual tire, then of course I knew that.
Update - Took the coach in for yearly state inspection to the same shop that ERS dispatched. Failed tire is toast and the warranty only covers defected material or workmanship. Wishful thinking on my part. Also found out the new tire is not a retread but a new Goodyear. Moved if from the front to back to keep my steering tires the same. Originals are Kelley so the mismatched I now have are pretty close overall considering Kelley is part of Goodyear.
TPMS showed up today. One less worry and a new gadget. Dash board real estate is starting to get limited.
I'm still waiting on an invoice to see what exactly I paid for. Let's just say the service call and replacement tire cost me more then the monthly payment for the coach, times 2.
