JDB, I see what has happened. You are correct, the fan upgrade that you purchased was on a weekend sale promotion for $49.99 the day that you placed your order(4/15). The internet sale price also ended that evening before your order had completed processing throughout our systems on it's way to fulfillment. I will have a credit issued to your account immediately in the amount of $20. I will also send you a replacement tube of the sealant that you purchased. It is cost prohibitive to return the caulk with the broken nozzle because the shipping charges are almost as much as the item itself, so you can keep it. A customer service representative will do this for me first thing in the morning.
