I noticed a "spill" under our Class A about where the driver rear tires are. I thought it might be hydraulic fluid leaking from a Kwikee level jack near the wheel. However, I went to work on it a few days later and the "spill" looks like it evaporated. If I had a leaking hydraulic line, would that have evaporated in a few days?

I also noticed there was a lot of condensation on the gas tank of our MH. If there was a huge amount of condensation, that might have made the puddle. I'd guess the puddle was maybe 3' x 2' in size.

The fluid seemed clear also. Likely water?

Hydraulic oil has a rather distinctive smell and will leave a stain. Run your finger across and take a sniff. If not water you will be able to tell the difference.

A full tank of cold soaked fuel added to a warm moist spring day equals A LOT of condensation.

Last week I spilled about three quarts of used Dexron III on my concrete pad where I keep my motorhome after changing the transmission fluid.

I'm here to tell you that stuff doesn't vanish by itself!

Had to use a degreaser twice over a couple days to clean it up.

I've found liquid on the ground next to an inside dual tire that had me guessing. It turned out to be the neighbor's cat; needless to say what the liquid was!

Thanks All! Enjoyed the story about the Cat! I think haddy1 figured it out. I checked my fuel tank on a warm moist day after a cold night. You're right, that can generate a lot of condensation!
