I want to thank you the temperate and calm manner in which you answer questions and provide information for members. IMO much of the information you are aasked to provide is because many members are just too lazy or inept to take the time to read the information provided to them when they join or sign up for a service. I read some of the posts and am absolutely floored by the incompetence of the poster. It is obvious that you and your team are spending an inordinate amount of time answering stupid questions. I spent 29 years in the military where it was derigueur to intone "there is no such thing as a stupid question". Actually there are such things as stupid questions and your staff is to be commended for the manner in which you deal with them.

This post may cause some consternation among the "members' or maybe not. In any event please, I would ask that neither you or any of your team need respond to this post. This is merely my way of acknowledging the effort the GS/CW team expends to members and to say "Thank You".

This may be fun. I agree that a lot of the shock and dismay exhibited by some when discovering they will not get a service level they perceive to be acceptable in an emergency situation is a direct result of their inability to comprehend on an elementary level.

How many big corporations have a CEO that is as accessible as Mr. Lemonis??
Very few, and to me, his approach to doing business is refreshing.
I will continue to support this company with my dollars.

I've been a GS member for about 18 years now and have been a happy camper, both literally and figuratively. Their ERS has been excellent in our situations and I wouldn't be without it. Kudos are definitely in order for the obvious effort to improve customer service in the GS organization and we are all pleased at the accessibility of the new CEO.
