I'm a "happy camper" when it comes to GS ERS. I've used them twice in the last 12 years and service was great. So great in fact that they towed my car even when we had let the service lapse. Late at night, maybe 10 PM car broke down, called GS asked for tow. was told service had not been paid or but they would send tow truck anyway and if I would renew service the next day there would be no charge for the tow. I renewed next business day and true to their word, I was not charged.
I love em!

but still wanna see what I've seen again.

And, while we're tossing out kudos, I have found this to be the best organized and best managed forum {of any kind!) I've participated in and I frequent quite a few.
