No, did not come with the 7 pin behind the cab, just the standard 7 pin on the back bumper with the towing package. My truck does have the heavy duty front end, all set up for plowing with the heavier springs, wiring, front sway bar etc. thinking of adding a rear sway bar at some point in the future even though it does handle pretty well right now with no suspension mods. Only get a little sway on driveway entrances etc. Joe
You may want to crawl under there and check...they are wire tied on the chassis, between cab and bed....worth a look.

Now you've got my curiosity up. Going to check it out tomorrow morning. Joe

That is when they built trucks to last, not the el cheapo junk that rolls off the assembly lines today.
My RL1200 comes in at just over 4300#, loaded, and I still have 400# to spare on the rear axle and 100# on the front axle.

Who carries a truck camper dry? Wet weight on a 1150 is 4,812 lbs not including people and supplies.
How is it possible for the same camper (if it has the same equipment) to gain 1500# going from dry to wet??
Just sayin'
55 gallons of water....458 lbs
14 gallons of propane...60 lbs
2 batteries............120 lbs
dually swing out brackets 21 lbs
air conditioning..........90 lbs
generator.................78 lbs
solar panel.................32
manditory Artic Fox Value pack.....595 lbs
That's how you get there!
You see, the dry weight is your truck camper STRIPPED of anything you really want on it. These weights are straight off of the Artic Fox website.

I was thinking the same thing but wasn't going to argue. Water is approx 480 lbs if tank is full. 1000 pounds of gear and clothes I guess
Nope, the AF1150 weighs 3358# per AFs web site then with the Fox Value Pack that is mandatory that adds up to another 595#(check out the brochure and it shows the 595# that includes electric jacks and other items). So we are now at 3953#. Now do you want AC, that adds another 100# so we are at 4053#. Now add 460# for water and another 120# for the batteries and 60# for propane and we are right at about 4692#. Then are many other options you can add to it also. I had an AF 1140 and they are heavy campers.
To the OP my F350 CC SRW has the camper certificate in the glove box. I ordered the truck with the camper package. It included a rear sway bar and +1 step up on the front springs.

2011 2500HD Duramax Crew Cab short box, by the glove box the lance 825 is over weight also don't feel bad. So apparently a Mazda B2000 has more payload.
The 2011-2012 GM/Chevy 3500HD Crew Cab long box has a payload capacity of 5,905 lbs. and the 2WD version has a payload capacity of 6,223 lbs. Greatest payload is with the 2WD regular cab and long box at 6,635 lbs.

WFT is going on? Do I need to order a regular cab long bed to carry these? No Crew Cab, which most people want, will carry that weight.
This afternoon I go to my local Ford dealer in Orange, CA, to look at what is printed on the documentation that comes with a 2012 1 ton, Crew Cab, Dually, Diesel engine....the standard template that is in most trucks glove box that shows the center of gravity for loading a camper with the associated diagram says right off the bat "YOUR PICKUP IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CARRYING SLIDE-IN CAMPER well ain't that a kick in the head.
I've posted earlier on this site that a comparable Chevy truck is posted to carry 4,190 lbs, I am guessing the Dodge is probably less then them all. Crew Cabs with a long bed don't seem to be rated to carry any of these larger heavy cab overs.
