Yes, at least you could two years ago. You follow Vankirk Dr past the truck parking area and turn right onto Dickerson Dr. and turn onto the first terrace. You can park on the first lower terrace or follow it to the to the end and left swing onto second terrace.
If you look at Google Map, you will see what I am talking about: Go to http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&tab=Xl and type in the following: 37.800008,-81.217673. The green arrow is where you make your turn. It is tight!!! And also tight turning onto upper terrace. You should be able to make the turns okay with your rig, provided no one is parked in your way.
Oh, the food was not all that great. I had great hopes.
It has been a couple of years. But after using the Travel Plaza one night, I often used the Tamarak for an overnight spot. Averaged staying there or at the Wally World in Summersville, WV 8-10 times a year while traveling between the Carolinas and Pittsburgh.
