Holiday Travel Park should meet your needs. It may be difficult to get a shaded site, though.

At ocean lakes right now, very quiet. Drove through last night (Friday) at 9:30 and there were hardly any golf carts out. Not like spring break week. Also noticed there were a good bit of sites in the 4000 section open. For those who don't like concrete pads. Lol

OL has a different atmosphere in the off season in my opinion. May is an excellent time to camp at MB. I'm sure ya'll will have a great time. Watch out for the jellyfish... it's that time of year ya know.

We've never been to Myrtle Beach, but have reservations at OL in September. Reading all these comments are exciting! Thanks!

I have camped at them all and for me its OL's or I will not go to MB. The others are out dated and the sites are to small. I hate backin sites and sites that dont face the ocean. Argue all you want there is no substitution for OL's. I have recomended it to lots of people over the years and they have all made it their primary CG in MB. It is constantly voted #1 for a reason and thats because the majority of campers prefer it. If you dont like it simply do go.This website is the only place I have ever heard of people that dont like OL's makes you wonder if some people just like to find a reason to complain.Everybody likes different things but the majority of RVers like OL's or it would not stay booked.

X2 Ocean Lakes has a lower crime rate than most small towns in America. Sheesh, Golf Carts, lots of Golf Carts.Lots of people havin fun. I'm one of them.

X3...I'm one of them also, every July...Can't wait..

Overcast this morning as a storm came through last night, but here was the view Saturday morning from the front door of the camper.
