I have a 2003 Mallard and I just got back from camping. While at the CG I notice that I had a water leak coming from were the hose hooks up to the TT, not form the front of the hose but from behind the screw in nob.. Could this be that the washer is worn out or maybe I need to replace the part were the hose hooks up to it?

Takes the screws out and in behind the wall there will be a check valve in the line. When you pressurize your system, this check valve prevents the water from coming back out the same way it went in.
It's a part of winterizing that many don't get right, and you might find that the check valve just needs to be replaced, about a five dollar part and five minutes. It just screws onto the line and is about an inch long.

I carry a dozen or so spare rubber washers and change them out every three or four camping trips to prevent water leakage where the pressure water connects. Cost is next to nothing and it prevents the annoying drips.
