Might one consider a lower floor?
Or, maybe, putting 8" wheels on your Sprinter - just to park it of course.

We did both the front doors on our garage, so it would be high enough for our 07 C190P Roadtrek. Original were 8X9, we managed to squeeze in 9' 3" doors, with openers. We were limited by our finished 10" ceilings.
