I don't even cook much IN the camper, but still like the double sink feature. I would not buy a camper with a single round kitchen sink...or at least I hope I am never faced with that being my only option if I buy in the future. There are a few things in my camper that I consider a must...double sinks is one of them. A sink like the one in the bathroom being in the kitchen would be incredibly inconvenient.

Round sink would be a deal breaker for me. They're useless in a kitchen / galley.

Yea, they are ok for brushing teeth and washing the face. Other than that, practically useless.

I agree that one round sink stinks. There have been other threads here about it and it looks like the folks that prefer one round sink use paper plates and plastic cutlery so appreciate the added counter space.
It would be a deal breaker for us also.
We drooled over a small C - Winnebago View - a couple years ago at the RV show. One round kitchen sink and no oven. We couldn't function in that and the salesman said that was standard and no option to get what we wanted.

We would trade our double sink for a round one anytime.
Stupid double sink takes up to much counter space.
When doing dishes we never use both sinks as it would use too much water.
We boondock a lot.
To save water start with just a small amount in the sink add silverware and glass wear.
Then when several things need rinsing Do it under the faucet. Then dry or rack.
We always finish without even filling the sink once.

I have to have a double sink. I use the small side with a tiny rubber pan from the dollar store that conforms to the shape, for washing. I put the dish rack in the larger side, and pour water over for rinsing. Less water waste. Then I take the wash water and dump it in the black tank. Works perfectly and good for the black tank.
I use just about a gallon or less of water.

Do you not have a cover that fits over one of your sinks?
That's what I currently have and it provides extra work space. At dish time, just stand it up against the wall and you have one sink for washing and the other for a drain rack which always stays put.

Other the fact that it's new, different and from Europe, what is actually wrong with a round sink. As others have said, most dishes and pots are round and a circle is the most efficient shape to contain a space. I'm not disputing it, just trying to find out.

We just picked up our small HTT this week and it has a round sink in the kitchen counter. The one at the show had a square one, so a little surprise. My initial response is this is not the most useful design for a kitchen sink - interesting to stumble on to this thread. I can see a little more counter space, but not sure how useful. Will keep you posted as we use it.
