I don't have access to the actual fuse right now but I found the manual online. The specs in the manual say it's a "30 amp slow blow fuse."
I looked at them on Ebay and they are much cheaper but with the 3 year no fault warranty I decided to go with camping world.
The fuse link that came with mine was 30A 250V.

I figured out the best way to get the "ok" from the wife to purchase an electric jack.....I asked her to continue cranking while I caught my breath....couldn't complete two turns. She said "this sucks" is there anything we can do to make this easier?" Ahhhhhh, Great setup. Ordered a Barker 3500 when we got home.

I learned from my Dad, when you are dealing with the dealer on the trailer, that power jack is the last thing you bring up to make or brake the deal!!!! They are usually happy to make that deal for your signed check! It worked for me

I have a refurbed UltraFab 3000 lbs unit, we love it! I have read many people complaining about water making its way inside the head, so I also bought the UltraFab softcover for $10, 5 years old and still cranking strong!
The UltraFab is a good unit, BUT a pin between the motor and drive can break if the unit is driven full travel to its stops, these units DO NOT have a LIMIT SWITCH.
This special pin is available from UltraFab.

One of the big "advantages" that fifth wheelers claim is ease of hitching/unhitching. The electric tongue jack eliminates that difference. (I have had both)

Nice.... The third time I ever used the hand crank on my trailer was to drop the tongue on the ball and install my Barker.

For those of you with the re-built electric jacks, what are your experiences with them? They are pretty cheap on eBay right now and they come with a 1 year warranty.

I installed mine 3-4 weeks ago and tested it and it worked great. We haven't gotten a chance to go out yet. Weekend before last we went out to where it was stored to check on something and I hit the button to test the jack and it didn't work. The lights worked fine so it was getting power. I contacted UF and they apologized and immediately shipped me a replacement, no questions asked. I received it 3 days later and installed it this past weekend. I'm sure there are many others who have the refurb unit and have been using it problem-free. I'm hoping I just got a dud. But at $99 shipped, it's a really good deal.

My UF 3502 refurb didn't come with a manual handle. It comes with an extra long socket that fits into the top. I had to use it with a wrench to get the failed jack off this weekend. Wow was that a pain.

A small plastic bucket or a small plastic trash can up-side-down on top of the jack works great which is what I use plus I use the bucket to wash the trailer with. The jack makes a good storage place for the bucket so it serves two purposes. With the bucket the air is still able to circulate around the jack to keep the condensation out and it keeps the sun from fading it or turning it yellow. Our jack still looks new after over 2 years out in the weather.
