As a FTer, the one less hassle for me is: saving time. I don't want to spend the time to uninstall a damaged hardwired unit and install a replacement. There are many CWs and RV suppliers in OR and WA. It is easier for me to go get another 30 Amp Surge Guard and swap out the one at the pedastal.
