I am glad that this new topic was opened.I wanted to say how good the service and install went for me.At your LaMirada store in so cal.I had a fantastic fan with remote installed,great price by the way,along with fanmate cover the service writer,Joseph Bewley was great.I had an appointment @ 8am and work started quickly the only hang up was the slow computer.Note to Mr Lemonis these pore people need a new system the old one is just too slow,no kidding my work was almost done and the computer was still laboring.The installer,and Im sorry I didnt get his name,did a pro job.Everything went smoothly and I was on my way.I waited to make this post until after my first trip and rainstorm all at the same time to see if it was water tight and the fan worked as advertised and it passes with flying colors,great job great price and the staff couldnt be better.This is my second install at this location,the first was an awning and it was just as good as this last one.All in all great job La Mirada.BTY I just found the installers name,Larry he did both, great job!
