When traveling fully loaded pulling your TT and pass a weight station must you stop in and get weighed or is that only for the big rigs???

Yup, only commercial. We've never stopped in over 200,000 miles.

I figured it was for commercial only just had to ask lol I been towing for 7 years now and never stopped either

Many of the scales in Washington State can be used even when closed. Just pull onto the scale and a display will light up.

What everybody else said. I've never stopped once. The Oregon free scale is kinda cool though.

With one exception --- here in Oregon you'll see weigh stations that you can use when no trucks or attendant is around. We do it all the time......It's the kind of weigh station that has the weight read-out on a post.... it's not illegal, perfectly fine to use those.
