Mild detergent and hot water. Just like you do at home.

I make up a spray with 50% vinegar and 50% water.

I would add some Baking Soda to the vinegar and water or after washing with the vinegar and water, rinse down with baking soda and water. The baking soda will absorb odors. Do not use abrasives.

We're used Simple Green or Awesome for years mixed 50/50. Used straight on stains or if there's any build up after extended use.

My detergent solution includes a small amount of bleach, which helps break down organic matter, including the mildew spores.

The lining of the fridge can stand up to the bleach strength in bathroom mildew sprays, but you usually don't need that much to clean a fridge and it is rough to work with in a confined space like a RV.

In addition, for any stains that just won't budge with the previous recommendations, I'd use a Magic Eraser.

Forgot about bleach. Excellent cleaner with water. DO NOT USE BLEACH AND AMMONIA.
