80 degrees here this weekend so I thought it would be a good day to put a big pork butt on the smoker and chill the beer. Meat went on the smoker at 6 a.m. so I have a day of baby sitting meat to look forward to. Cole slaw, pickles and some soft rolls are just waiting to be consumed.

Just finished off some east carolina style. We're forecast for 90 here today. About ready to roll back the solar cover and go for a swim.

Sounds nice, wish I could join you. Up here just chilling out in front of the tv screen. Not much to do outside until the 2" of snow we got yesterday melts.

Wow! What a difference a few hours can make. Its 56F outside, the snow has gone, beautiful sunshine and I'm sitting on the deck with the portable firepit lit and enjoying a nice glass of wonderful BC wine! Life is good. Good things comes to those that wait!
